- How do I care for my linen?
Madly Wish linens are machine washable on your preferred cycle. We recommend a medium heat setting for the dryer. Spot cleaning is suggested for small keepsake items; i.e. Tooth Fairy Pillows and Birthday Crowns.
- Will colors match if I purchase at different times?
Madly Wish linens are plant-dyed. Slight variations of the same color may result if purchases are made at different times. Patterned linens are yarn dyed using linen threads that are dyed separately before being woven. This allows for a large variety of patterns and designs that stand out from the base fabric color.
We make every attempt to match patterns that are purchased at separate times to allow consistency for your personal MW collection. We'd love to hear from you if you have a special request or would like to confirm a color or pattern before reordering.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
We believe in slow fashion. Our collection is made to order by talented seamstresses located within the United State. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks of the order date, unless otherwise stated.
- How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS unless another provider is chosen during checkout.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
International customers are responsible for all custom duties, taxes, and fees.
- Do you accept returns?
You may return any unpersonalized items within 7 days of purchase, as long as it is unwashed, and in the original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns on personalized items.
- Do you offer free returns?
Shipping costs on returns are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

- What is your refund policy?
If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 5-7 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- How long do I have to use my promo code?
If you have received a promo code, the code is valid for 30 days from date of issue. Promotional codes are not transferable or redeemable for prior purchases. Codes cannot be combined with other discounts.
Codes cannot be redeemed after the 30 days have expired.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Meta Pay.
